Jordan S. Vahdat is a Trial Attorney and Founding Partner at Vahdat Weisman Law. Since 2014, Mr. Vahdat has established a reputation as a fearless litigator and has tried cases on both the Plaintiff and Defense side. Most notably, Mr. Vahdat obtained a $856,000 Jury Verdict for a man injured in a motor vehicle accident when the highest offer to settle from the insurance company was $50,000. Mr. Vahdat is recognized by SuperLawyers as a 2021 Rising Star and by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a Top 40 under 40 Litigator. Mr. Vahdat is admitted to practice in all Michigan State and Federal Courts and has litigated cases in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas and California.
