Adrian, MI (December 8, 2020) – A pedestrian accident reported on Monday evening in Adrian claimed the life of a young woman from the Detroit area. At around 7 p.m., on December 7, emergency crews were called to the site of a crash on Division Street.
According to reports, a 27-year-old female was in the vicinity of Division Street and Frank Street when she was struck by a vehicle. The woman sustained severe injuries in the accident. The Adrian Police Department responded to the site of the crash and rendered aid to the woman. She was then transported to an area hospital.
Authorities confirmed that the woman passed away from her injuries while in Toledo Hospital. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
