Detroit, MI – Car Accident on McGraw Ave Leaves One Injured

Detroit, MI (January 11, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Wednesday left one man severely injured in Detroit. Just after 4:15 p.m., on January 6, emergency crews were called to the scene of a crash on McGraw Avenue.

Reports from authorities show that a male was taking a vehicle part to his friend’s home to fix his car. He stopped for some food along the way. As the man sat in his vehicle at the intersection of McGraw Avenue and Tarnow Street, he was struck by a speeding vehicle.

The man was severely injured in the accident. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and rendered aid to the man before rushing him to an area hospital where he remains hospitalized with several serious injuries. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
