Erica Upcott is an attorney at Vahdat Weisman Law, where she focuses her practice on personal injury and insurance litigation. She brings a unique perspective to her advocacy, having previously represented insurance companies in civil defense actions, including first-party no-fault disputes, third-party negligence claims, coverage disputes, and fraud investigations. This background allows Erica to anticipate defense strategies and leverage her experience to achieve the best possible results for her clients.

In addition to her defense-side work, Erica has handled plaintiff-sided litigation, represented creditors in collection matters, and advocated for private health insurance companies in subrogation disputes. This diverse experience has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of litigation from multiple angles, which she now uses to advance the interests of injured individuals and families.
